PLCTS shielded enclosures block external electrical noise and ambient light for high-precision probe station testing. Stainless-steel, black-anodized boxes with top- or side-opening doors, integrated vacuum switch, customizable feedthrough ports and imported triaxial/coaxial connectors with 1.5 m cables.
The shielded enclosure is an essential auxiliary tool for probe station testing, effectively blocking external electrical noise and ambient light interference to improve measurement accuracy.
PLCTS’s custom-designed electromagnetic shielding boxes are available in two configurations: top-opening and side-opening, perfectly compatible with all of our probe station models. The enclosure is equipped with multiple reserved access ports—including feedthrough ports for heating stages, optical fiber inlets, and cable passthroughs—to support future modular integration during testing.
Each unit includes high-quality imported triaxial/coaxial feedthrough connectors for seamless connection between probe holders and external source meters. The standard configuration includes 1.5-meter shielded feedthrough cables, ensuring flexible operation without interfering with testing workflows.
This shielding system is widely used in high-precision electrical parameter measurements and low-light/dark environment testing scenarios.
